She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Belbin and Deliah Belbin; her husband Frank Palmer; her daughter Thelma Kawaja; her siblings, Ronald Belbin and Edna Pynn (Gordon); her brothers-in-law, Burt Murkin, Ray Robbins and Elmer Squires; and her son-in-law Chesley Pippy.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Collins (Ernest), Sharon Pippy, Marilyn Ball (Donald) and Larry Palmer (Kathy); her son-in-law David Kawaja; her siblings, Joyce Murkins Robbins, Daisey Guy (Seymore), Donald Belbin (Jean) and Walter Belbin (Cettena); and her sisters-in-law, Marie Belbin and Pansy Squires.
Flowers will be graciously accepted, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Corner Brook Food Bank Network or a charity of one's choice.
