He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Cora; and his parents-in-law, Laurence and Emma Blanchard. He is survived by: his significant other Dallas; his children, Stephanie, Annette (Andre) and David (Jennifer); his grandchildren, David, Jenny, Dawson and Eleanor; his sisters, Diane and Lori; his daughter Sheena; his siblings-in-law, Shawn (Chris), Kirby and Arlene (Lem); his nieces and nephews, Sonya, Jamie, Shane, Lindsi, Sarah, Melissa and Aaron; and his close friend Calvin (Judy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
