He was predeceased by: his brother Cory. He is survived by: his parents, Barbara (Mark) and Kerry (Gail); his siblings, Krystal (Jon) and Jeffrey (Poonam); his niece Ava; his nephew Cory; and his siblings, Melissa, Jessica and Jeff.
