He is survived by: his wife Wendy Moffat; his children, Tana Rose (Desmond) and Kevin Rose; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Tatayana, Kira and Meadow; his great grandchildren, Sierra, Molly Grace and Elliana; his sisters, Beulah, Irene (Wes), Molly (Roy), Linda (Courtney), Josie, Velma (Roy), Wanda (Mark) and Sherry (Silas); and his parents-in-law, Jim and Diane. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Charles' memory to a charity of one's choice.
