It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Dempsey Penney (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Penney and Jean Penney; and his siblings, Keith, John, Guy "Richard" and Idella.
He is survived by: his wife Reneé; his sons, Jeff Miller (Barb), Randy Penney (Launa) and Rodney Penney (Alice); his grandchildren, Meghan Hancock, Venna Penney, Randi Penney, Ashley Chaffey (Donnie Mollon) and Raymond Diamond (Kim Saunders); his great grandchildren, Lundyn Chaffey and Harlan Chaffey; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Thomas (Selma), Wally Thomas, Joan Penney and Joan Wiseman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
