He was predeceased by: his son Marcel; and his parents, Emile and Mary. He is survived by: his children, Catherine (late Roy), Yvonne (Don), Michael, Janet (Joe), Christine (Jeff), Terri-Lynn (David) and David (Janice); his daughter-in-law Beverly; his sisters-in-law, Rona Noel and Hazel Amfaldern; and his sibling Bert. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Bert's memory.
