She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Halfyard; her brothers, Donald Hoyles and Garland Hoyles; her brother-in-law Terry Raike; her parents, Edith Hoyles and Obediah Hoyles; and her parents-in-law, Rita Halfyard and John Halfyard.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Halfyard (Jason Hynes) and John Halfyard (Denise); her siblings-in-law, Joan Giles (John), Joy Raike, Joyce Curran, Glenda Rodway (Bob), Joyce Hoyles, Amy Hoyles, Heber Halfyard (Paula) and Shawn Halfyard; her grandchildren, Mandy Hynes and Daniel Halfyard; her cousin Shirley Hounsell; and her close friends, Donna and Roy Haynes. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted, or donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
