It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elva Lucy Churchill (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, William Churchill, Israel, Cyril and Gordon; and her sister Annie O'Connell.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin (Jill) and Mary Granholm; her brothers, Jack (Lillian), Jess and Jim (Jean); her grandchildren, Anita Wilson, Kevin Granholm (Janice) and Leila Granholm (Shaun); and her stepgrandchildren, Jillian Lomas (Chris) and David Parsons.
Due to COVID restrictions cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held when COVID has passed.
As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request, in leu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society and or Diabetes society.
