Elsie Ella Patey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Ella Patey of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lester (Meadows); her in-laws, William, Chatfield and Elizabeth; her son-in-law Perry; her brothers-in-law, Roy and Terry; her uncle Luke; and her parents, Marion Bartlett and Hedley Bartlett (Meadows).

She is survived by: her daughters, Marion (Wayne), Norma (Glenn), Jackie, Nancy (Dennis) and Lori; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Ashley, Adam, Amanda, Kayla, Karla, Charlotte and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Brackley, Lincoln, Carter, Asher, Avery, Arick, Hunter and Grant; her brother Garry; her aunt Blanche; and her in-laws, Glenn (Bonnie), Patricia, Shirley (Ed) and Mildred. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Salvation Army Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Elsie's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
