He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodorico Parcon and Milagros Parcon; and his brother Raul Emilio Parcon. He is survived by: his wife Imelda; his children, Mariel Newell (Stephen) of Pasadena, NL and Michael Parcon (Nicole) of Saint John, NB; his stepgranddaughter Sarah Newell of Pasadena, NL; and his siblings, Teresita Pescasiosa (Gill), Philippines, Ema Sullivan (Matthew) of Boston, MA and Teodorico Jr. Parcon (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Western Health Community Support or Palliative Care Programs via the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.
