She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Neary; her son Andre Hickey; her sister Elva Wheeler; and her sister-in-law Darlene Hickey. She is survived by: her children, Joey Neary (Charmaine) and Ashley Neary; her daughter-in-law Kelly Hickey; her grandchildren, Christy Cyr (Patrick), Garet Hickey and Emersyn Neary; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Carson Cyr; her siblings, Daisy Hickey (Steve), Patsy Hickey (Russell), Vince (Mary), Andy Hickey (Joan), Sandy Hickey (Dorraine), George Hickey, Wayne Hickey (Darlene), Harvey Hickey, Frank Hickey (Janet), David Hickey (Brenda), Ray Hickey (Von), Tom Hickey, Gord Hickey (Alfreda) and Derek Hickey; and her brother-in-law Albert Neary. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Eileen can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
