She was predeceased by: her siblings, Florence, Gerald Sheppard (Marina), Eric Sheppard and Barbara Gilbert (Terry); her husband Gerald Byrne; and her parents, Noble and Jessie.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline, Faye (late James Hyland), Wanda Strickland (Robert), Helen and Gerry (Lana); her grandchildren, Craig Russell (Melanie), Jessica Russell, Kim Hyland (Lauren), Amy Hyland (Kurt), Curtis Byrne (Katie), Abby Byrne (Anderson) and Chris Strickland; her great grandchildren, Shaina White, Jayme Bennett, Luke, Liam Russell, Trent and Jack Vincent; and her siblings, Garfield Hickman, Harold Sheppard (late Grace), Catherine Larry (late Bud Bourgeois), Roy Sheppard (Madonna), George Sheppard (Hazel) and Ivan Sheppard. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitations are limited to 35 people at a time in compliance with Covid-19 government regulations.
