She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Elizabeth Loder (Parsons) and Albert Richard Loder; her husbands, Gerald Whyte and Bernard Parsons of Halifax, NS; and her sisters, Hilda Ruth and Marie Loder.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Parsons; her daughter-in-law Alice McCarthy of Halifax, NS; her sisters, Mona McAulay of Summerside, NL and Shirley Loder of Halifax, NS; and her grandchildren, Daniel and Rebecca of Halifax, NS. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
