She was predeceased by: her husband Seymour Cassell; her parents, John Pollard and Mable Pollard; her brothers, Stanley and Reuben; and her stepsiblings, Mary, Peter and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Ivan (Alfreda), Leamond (Linda), Emily Adams (Leamon), Ruth Mouland (René), Vivian Noble (Raymond), Velma VanWinkle (John) and Scott (Michelle); her grandchildren, Janice, Jeanette, Jennifer, Michelle, Elizabeth, Shawn, Trina, Jeremy, Jessica, Sonya, Sarah, Ashley and Amy; her sister-in-law Mae Pittman; and her niece Lillian Langford. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
