He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Rowe and Elizabeth Rowe; and his sisters, Kathleen Rowe and Marguerite Green. He is survived by: his wife Debbie McWhirter-Rowe; his daughters, Elizabeth Rowe (Tiuri), Jennifer Rowe (Terrence), Joanne Gillis (Daniel) and Charlene Evans (Marc); his grandchildren, Amy, Billy, Violet and Joan Rowe; his siblings, Diane Rowe (Sheila), Robert Rowe (Shirley), Sandra Hughes (Owen), Doris Rowe (Vicky) and Kenneth Rowe (Janet); and his siblings-in-law, Cathy McWhirter, Margie Batstone (Terry), Darren McWhirter (Janet), Rod McWhirter (Nellie) and Allan McWhirter (Aggie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
