With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David E. Brown (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Brown; his parents, Alphonso Brown (Al) and Elizabeth Brown; and his in-laws, Max and Pearl Anstey.
He is survived by: his daughter Jo-Anne McCarthy (Kevin); his grandsons, David McCarthy (Ashley) and Daniel McCarthy (Caitlin); his siblings, Tom (late Florence) and Deirdre Cirino (late Mike); his siblings-in-law, Joan Chaulk (Tom) and Max Anstey (Michelle); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Doug (Serena), Lynda Brown (Austin), Donna Warren (Keith), Dianne Vincent (Brian), Troy Anstey (Keisha), Sophia, Adam, Chad, Grant and Myles. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Temple or a charity of one's choice.
