He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Peggy); his parents, Norman Snooks and Amelia Snooks; his siblings, Thomas Snooks, Noble Snooks, Robert Snooks (Carrie), Wallace Snooks (Charlotte), Lorena (George Day), Bernice (Sydney Young) and Manie (Dennis Murphy); his parents-in-law, John and Julia Parsons; and his brother-in-law Samuel Parsons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrude, Melva and Derek (Mary Ellen); and his brothers-in-law, John Parsons (Rebecca) and Jerry Parsons (Peggy). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Clarence's honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada for people living with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia.
