She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Brown and Rita Brown; and her brothers, Will and George Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Piercey (Leanne) and Dwayne Piercey (Andrea Suffredine); her grandchildren, Jeremey Piercey, Zakarij Major-Piercey (Savina Hussey), Sharyssa Archer (Jordan), Jerremy Lewis (Josee) and Breanna Lewis (Rylee Watchorn); her great grandchildren, Airriana and Esme Archer; and her siblings, Henry Brown (Karen), Howard Brown (Dorothy), Doris O'Dell, Margaret Crawford (Doug), Vera Sampson (Ron), Linda Locke, Angela Hase and Gloria Brown (Frank).
