He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Gillingham and Mabel Gillingham; and his siblings, Thomas, Gerald, Raymond, Melvin, Loretta and Elizabeth.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ted, Clar and Barb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Chrisopher's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
