She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Carey and Bridget Carey; her father-in-law Angus Head Sr.; her sister Madonna Brett; her siblings-in-law, Eric Nash, David Brett and Bonita Head; and her nieces, Rebecca and Samantha.
She is survived by: her husband Angus; her daughters, Nikita (Lawrence) and Natasha (Carlton); her grandchildren, Alex, Olivia, Bria and Zachary; her daughters, Sully and Bentley; her siblings, Gordon (Patricia), Matthew (Patricia), Mary, William (Carolyn), Pierce (Lorna), Howard (Madonna) and Jacqueline (Doug); her mother-in-law Loretta Head; her siblings-in-law, Gary (Colleen), Terry (Cheryl), Cynthia (Gerald), Paul (Joanne), Gail, Deborah (Guy) and Pamela; and her friend Catherine.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Catherine's memory to the Canadian Alzheimer's Society, or to a charity of one's choice.
