She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Maddox and Velma Maddox; and her brother Mark Maddox. She is survived by: her siblings, Leo Jr. Maddox, Marion Maddox, Patricia Spontaneo (Sean) and Cindy Maddock; her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Welsh (Randy), Crystal Spontaneo (Kevin Gardner), Ashley Gale (Darcy), Amanda Young (Kenny) and Sean Jr. Spontaneo; her great-nieces, Olivia Gardner, Mackenzie Gardner, Cierra Gale and Emery Gale; her aunt Loretta Grandy; her cousin Marion Power; and her caregivers, Jackie Grant and Angela Skinner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends, especially her friends.
