She was predeceased by: her husband James; her children, Helen, Patrick and Brian; her parents, Patrick McCarthy and Martha McCarthy; and her siblings, Cecilia, Theresa, Maude, Loretta (Rita), John, Jerome, Patrick and Peter.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Dianne), James (Angela), Sharon (Lorne), Colleen (Rick), Lorraine (Wesley), Darren (Jennifer) and Aaron (Kim); her children-in-law, Larry Vigneault, Cathy and Debbie; her brother Leo McCarthy (Bella); and her nephew Johnny Boland. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish or the South Shore Fire Department.
