It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Vance McDowell of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Costella of St. John's; his grandparents, Louise and Maxwell Burton; and his uncle Maxwell Burton. He is survived by: his daughters, Arianna Sheppard, Kaitlyn Sheppard (Tracey), Madison McDowell, Cassandra McDowell (Chris) and Kathy Wyatt; his sister Natalia Costella-Martin (Shawn); and his nieces, Kayla (Stephan), Tasha, Hayley, Cyan and Gemma.
No flowers by request, however, donations in Billy's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the S.P.C.A.
