She is survived by: her husband Sidney; her sons, Jason and Christopher (Monica); her granddaughter Stella; her siblings, Lloyd Janes, Garry Janes (Debbie), Bessie Gillis and Kim Parkinson (Gary); her siblings-in-law, Linda Feltham (Al) and Gerald White (Jane); and her child Scotiabank. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barb's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
