She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy (Eddie), April (Mitch Kendell) and Crystal; her grandchildren, Dominick, Adrian, Morgan Welshman, Jacob Darrigan, Riley and Jayden Earle; her mother Frances O'Flaherty; and her siblings, Anthony, Dennis, Pat O'Flaherty and Allie O'Flaherty. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
