He is survived by: his wife Pam McCarthy; his children, Deborah Lavallee (Bryan) and Tony Jr.; his grandchildren, Kyah Goold, Liam and Nash Lavallee; his siblings, John McCarthy (Patsy) and Debbie Evans (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Piwtorak, Paula Carroll, Kim Snooks (Danny), Jackie Corcoran (Dave) and Wayne Carroll (Ruth); and also Kevin Goold.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
