He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora and Raymond; his son Byron; his sister Alma Francis; his parents-in-law, Florence and Thomas Bond; and his siblings-in-law, Viola Bond, Diane Taylor, Dulcie Bond, Isaac Taylor, Johnny Francis, Cliff Bond, Lewis Bond and Bruce Wheaton.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughter Bonny Bouchard (Karl); his grandchildren, Allison (Alley), Nico (Ashlyn DeMelo), Dominick (Lauren Mark) and Caden; his great grandchildren, Aurelia and Jordyn; his siblings, Maud Farrell (Tom), Virginia Stone (Ivan), Sidney (Judy), Garland (Kay) and Brian (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Vera Herritt, Rose Brinston, Gloria Bond, Brenda Wheaton, Phil Bond (Joan), Melvin Bond (Reta), Gary Bond (Delores) and Kevin Bond (Gail). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the East Haven Funeral Home Inc. (57 Grand Bay Rd, Channel-Port aux Basques, NL A0M1C0). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (51 Grand Bay Rd, Grand Bay East, NL A0N1K0).
