She was predeceased by: her husband Garland Blanchard; her children, Irvin Blanchard (Effie), Lloyd Blanchard, Junior Blanchard, Joyce and Gertrude Blanchard; her grandson Fraser Blanchard; her parents, Luke House and Rachel House; her siblings, Eunice Ruth (Joe), Catherine Payne (Eli), Wilfred House (Kathleen) and Luke House; and her sister-in-law Ruby House.
She is survived by: her children, Alvin Blanchard (Cathy), Patricia Blanchard (Hubert), Baxter Blanchard (Mary), Darlene Ruth (Dave) and Doreen Bennett (Jerome); her daughters-in-law, Janet Blanchard and Wanda Newbury; her brothers, Edward House and Alex House (Lorraine); and her sister-in-law Joan House. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
