He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Drake; his siblings, Roy Drake, Robert Drake and Margaret Stride; and his parents, John Drake and Jean Drake.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda (Craig Davis) of Conne River, NL, Boyd of Conne River, NL, Steve (Kala Gillingham) of Torbay, NL and Leeanne (Kevin Drake) of Conne River, NL; his grandchildren, Holly Drake and Brandon Davis; and his siblings, Edward Drake (Ita) of Conne River, NL and Mary Jeddore (Randy Maloney) of Conne River, NL. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
