She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Avery and Jessie Avery; her daughter Jessie Louise Taylor; her grandsons, Wallace Mercer and Gabriel Greenslade; and her siblings, Dorothy Wellon and Clifford Avery.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Taylor; her children, Allen (Charlene), Robert (Shirley), Doreen, Darleen (Greg) and Wanda (Walter); her grandchildren, Natasha, John, Robbie, David, Deon, Sarah, Kendra, Samuel and Devon; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jackson and Nevaeh; her siblings, George (Beulah), Everett (Mildred), Kenmore (Doreen), Minnie, Verley, Jean and Melita; and her sister-in-law Wavey Avery.
According to COVID restrictions, visitation will be in Hickey's Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 3 PM – 7 PM.
