He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen Power; his children, Richard Jr., Stephen and Maureen Peters (Chris); his siblings, Carl, Don (Sylvia) and Thelma Sullivan (Len); and his granddaughters, Evelynn and Anna.
