With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mona Richards (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mona Richards to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Richards; her parents, Thomas Dawson and Ann Dawson; her siblings, Jack, Fred, Bill, Margaret and Rita; her daughter-in-law Linda Caswell; her sister-in-law Marie Corbeil; her great grandchild Montana Delorey; her children, John (Diane), Bill (Diane), Ron, Fred (Yvonne), Michael (Janet), Paul, Joe (Charlene), Rita (David) and Rosann; her siblings, Ron and Loretta; and her sister-in-law Bess Nugent. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, a large circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hickey's Funeral Home (570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Hickey's Memorial Chapel.
