Joan Petten Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, Joan Petten (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eliol Morgan and Mary Morgan; her husband Hayward Petten; her daughter Elizabeth Crewe; her children-in-law, Tony Crewe and Anne Morgan; and her siblings, Kenneth Morgan (Ethel) and Edna Breen (Michael).
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Morgan (Roxanne Phillips) of Markham, ON and Canon Jeffrey Petten of Deer Lake, NL; her granddaughter Nikki Crewe of Pynn's Brook, NL; her brothers, Noel Morgan (Dulcie) and Eric Conception (Seal Cove); her uncle Eric; and her aunt Bev.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the regular fund of St. Peter's Anglican Church.
