He was predeceased by: his mother Daphne. He is survived by: his father George; his brother Cory (Kelli); his girlfriend Wanda; his stepdaughter Isabella; his nephew Jordan (Alyssa); and his niece Hayley (Cameron). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
