She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Butler; her parents, Nathanial Petten and Dorcas Petten; and her siblings, Jean Butler and Johnny Petten.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Eason (Nelson), Elizabeth Bishop (Bert), Diane Lear (Richard), Cindy Petten (Victor), Ella Fagan (Melvin), Maxine Petten (Shirley), Tina Bussey (Calvin), Ralph (Dianne), John (Carol), Colin and Jeff (Jenny); her brother Ralph Petten (Minnie); and her sister-in-law Grace Butler.
