He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haines and Annie Haines; his siblings, Frank, Elizabeth Diamond (Bill), James (Bernice) and Alfred; his parents-in-law, Thomas Duggan and Mary Duggan; and his brothers-in-law, William Duggan, Mark Duggan (Buster) and Ernest Fagan.

He is survived by: his wife Marion; his close friend Doug (Tina); his siblings, Phyllis Warford (Charlie), Marguerite DeGruchy (Edwin), Reg (Mary), Les (Marg), Marion Kennedy (Eldred), Ruby Fagan, Herb (Marg), Linda Peach (Edgar), Marilyn Hale (Jim) and Ted; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne, Cathy, Josephine Duggan, Jeanette Haines, Yvonne Haines, Jack Duggan and Tom Duggan (Sheila).
