With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenys O'Brien (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 16, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Hennessey and Nellie Hennessey; her siblings, Robert, David, Paul and Madonna Reid; and her nephew Todd Hennessey.

She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Darlene (Blaine Clowe), Emily (Sarah), Billy Hunter (Easton) and Jeffrey Walker (Cynthia); the parents of children, Bill Dawe, Darren (Jennifer), Gia of Delina, AJ, Nathaniel (Mandy), Connor, Daniel, Sheena Hailey (Jason Tobin), Jade, Ethan, Drake, Billy (Lynn), Lorali, Destiny and Ezra; and her sisters, Deneal (Noel) and Judy.

Due to COVID restrictions, a private funeral service is planned on Tuesday September 21st, 2021 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Janeway Children's Hospital, Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
