We bid farewell to Blanche Baker (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 14, 2024. Blanche touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her husband Freeman; her parents, Edith and Ralph; her siblings, John, Ralph and Kathleen; her grandson Andrew; and her sons-in-law, David Hammond and Boyd Delaney.

She is survived by : her children, Melinda (Clyde), Edith, Eleanor, Donna (Neville) and Gerald (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jessica (Greg), Selina (Andrew), Heidi (Jeremy), Hannah (John), Owen (Jessica), Donny, Keisha (Parker), Nathan, Patricia and Shawn; her great grandchildren, Hailey and Chase; and her siblings, Esther (Henry), Rhoda and Moran (Doris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hickey's Funeral Home (570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the All Saint's Anglican Church (419 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X7A2).
