She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Cooper and Clayton Cooper; her sister Bonnie Perry; and her husband Raymond Miller. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Smith, Clayton Smith, Margaret Power and Nathan Power; her grandchildren, Griffin Smith, Mathilda Petersen and Aksel Petersen; and her siblings, Elsie Babstock (Terry), Gail Oates (Walt), Marilyn Chatman (Al), Ivy Strong (Dennis), Shirley Hamlyn (Derek), Judy Lucas (Don), Morgan Cooper (Trudy) and Donald Cooper (Maryann). She is also survived by her extended family, nieces and nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sharon's memory may be made to the Cancer Society, honouring her enduring spirit and the love she shared with all who knew her.
