He was predeceased by: his wife Enid (Barney); his parents, Samuel and Rita; and his sisters, Phyllis and Marina.

He is survived by: his children, Heather (Ivan) and Dave (Kelly); his granddaughter Kellie; his nephew Glen; and his niece Margaret Ann.
