He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Vey of Long Beach and Henrietta Vey (Parsons) of Long Beach; his siblings, William Vey, Margaret Martin, Jean Terry and Lorraine Hiscock; and his brother-in-law Ralph Drodge.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Hollett); his children, Bruce (Celeste) and Nadine (Justin); his grandchildren, Joshua, Grace and Sidney; and his siblings, Ron, Cyril, Eldon (Alice) and Audrey.
