It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Mary (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), born in Burgeo, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Victor Durnford; and her mother-in-law Maria Musseau. She is survived by: her parent Florence Durnford; her husband Edward Steward Musseau; her children, Victor (Jackie) of Port, Edward (Donna) of Gander, NL, Elizabeth Hatch (Wade) of Oromocto, NB and Perry (Michele Duggan); her grandchildren, Jonathan Musseau, Vickie Lee Musseau, Jeremy Hatch, Shawna Urquhart, Micheal Thomas, Jusstice Musseau and Liam Hunter (Musseau); her great grandchildren, Allison Jane Urquhart and Georgina Grace Musseau; her siblings, John Durnford (Joan) of Halifax, NS and Lucy Bragg (Horactio) of Port; and her sister-in-law Kay Cameron of New Glasgow, NS.
