She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Keeping and Sarah Keeping; her husband Wilfred; and her siblings, Henry, Hubert, Jack, Robert, Isabella Musseau, Hazel Strickland, Cecily Mauger, Christina Keeping, Belinda Skeard and Martha Osmond.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Billard (Wanda) of Margaree, NL; her grandchildren, Michael Billard (Tanya) of Paradise, NL, Kirk Billard (Rebecca) of Paradise, NL and Elizabeth Farrell of Paradise, NL; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Benjamin, Reece, Finley, Charlie, Ruth LeRiche, Minnie Paddock (Charlie) and Gertie Patey (Ross); and her siblings-in-law, Wilkins of Lena Billard and David Mauger. She is also survived by nephews and friends.
