She was predeceased by: her parents, James LeRiche and Sarah LeRiche; her husband Willard Joseph Battiste; her siblings, Alexander, Raymond LeRiche (Georgina), Benjamin LeRiche (Kathleen), Elizabeth Bowdridge (Leonard), Muriel Parsons (Arthur) and Maggie Ford (Edger); her daughter Janet LeRiche Searle; her sons-in-law, Bryan Murray Campbell and Michael Searle Sr. Regis; and her children, Willard Battiste (Elaine), David Battiste (Georgina), Garry Battiste, Ellen Devine (Jack), Arthena Osmond (James), Sandra Campbell (Edward Bruce), Linda Battiste (Dave Gouthro), Bonnie Hardy (Ernest), Carolann Didsbury (Dave) and Wanda Battiste.
She is survived by: her cousin Jean Kettle. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.
