It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loretta Munden (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Hardy and Sylvia Hardy; her husband Frederick Munden; her parents-in-law, Hazel and Ralph Munden; and her brothers-in-law, Randolph Munden, Reginald Slade, Henry "Bob" Strickland and Gilbert Stone.

She is survived by: her sons, Roderick (Minnie) of Cambridge, ON, Raymond (Sheila) of Burnt Islands, NL, Vernon (Corrina) of Burnt Islands, NL, Gilbert of Burnt Islands, NL and Darren (Madeline) of Rose Blanche, NL.; her grandchildren, Jaimie, Danielle, Roderick, Sara, Catherine, Dillan, Chantal, Rebecca and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Leland, Grayson, Grady, Bree, Madison, Zayn and Kiyana; her siblings, Marion Slade, Ray Hardy (Avalyn), Elaine Hardy, Verna Savoury (Roland) and John Hardy (Valetta); and her sisters-in-law, Susan Stone and Norma Harris (Chester). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
