He is survived by: his wife Ivy; his children, Paul of Port aux Basques, Jeremy (Lyla) of Doyles, Natasha of Hammonds Plains and Sherry (Tom Hepditch) of Scarborough; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kaitlyn and Leo; his son-in-law Bob Canning; his brother Raymond Bennett (Mary) of Doyles; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Lomond (Basques) of Port, George Lomond (Gladys) of Summerside, PEI and Richard Lomond (Ginger) of Cold Brook, NS..
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A wake was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church. A Mass was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
