He was predeceased by: his father Jack Osmond. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Osmond; his children, Jodi, Jonathan (Rachel), Melanie (Travis) and Debbie; his siblings, Keith "Mario" (Connie), Les (Connie), Junior (Patsy), Roger (Sandra), Pat (Tanya), Jackie (Dave) and Pauline (Dave); his grandchildren, Marcus and Maddie; his daughter Beatrice; his brother-in-law Bob Sheaves; and his close friend Jane.
