He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Lomond and Ivy Lomond; his parents-in-law, Arthur Russell and Violet Farrell; his siblings, Lillian Hickey (Bill), Alfreda Wells (Wilbur), Maxwell Lomond (Rebecca), Philip Lomond and Robert Lomond; and his brothers-in-law, Hubert Walters and Leander Farrell.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Lomond; his son Gerald Lomond of Toronto, ON; his granddaughters, Jasmin Lomond and Jecinda Lomond; his siblings, George Lomond (Gladys), Richard Lomond (Regina) of Nova Scotia, Ivy Benoit (Bernie) of Doyles, NL and Linda Lomond of Port; and his sister-in-law Cassie Childs (Hubert) of Toronto, ON. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
