She was predeceased by: her parents, James Coombs and Emma Coombs; her husband Robert Frederick Billard; her parents-in-law, William and Susie Billard; her son Robert Bryan; her sisters, Lavinia Keeping, Alice Abbot and Triffie Coombs; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Billard, Minnie Hulan, William Billard and Roy Coffin.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Claude Billard (Verna) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, Pauline Billard-Vizer (Joe) of Brandon, MB, Susan Billard of Port and Keith Billard (Margie) of Port; her grandchildren, Sandy Saunders, Steven Ford, Danny Billard and David Billard; her great grandchildren, Clinton Saunders, Cody Saunders, Brody Ford, Dillion Billard, Cooper Ford, Chelsea Ford, Grayson Billard, Teegan Billard and Addison Billard; her great great grandchild Paige Saunders; her siblings, Rose Clouther (Allan) of Fortune, NL, Molly Norman (Clarenece) of St. John and Alex Coombs (Gladys) of St. Albans, NL; her sister-in-law Edith Coffin of Port; and her close friend Jessie Collier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
