He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Parsons and Sarah Parsons; his parents-in-law, Isreal and Marie Anderson; his siblings, Arthur Parsons (Geraldine), William Parsons (Mary), Gordon Parsons, Harvey Parsons, Jimmy Parsons, Julia MacDonald (George) and Winnie Durnford (Roy); and his siblings-in-law, Bertram Osmond, Dorman Heulin, Wilfred Ricketts, John Harvey and Sandra Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Parsons; his children, David Parsons (Doris) of Edmonton, AB and Kimberly Bookholt (Paul) of Truro, NS; his grandchildren, Travis Ryan (Kayla) of Edmonton, AB, Jeffrey Bookholt (Shawna) of Calgary, AB, Amanda Bookholt of Lower Sackville, NS and James Davidson of Edmonton, AB; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Williams of Lower Sackville, NS and Stanley Bookholt of Calgary, AB.; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Osmond, Bernice Keeping (George), Joyce Heulin, Eileen Ricketts, Jane Anderson (Steward), Linda Harvey (Rob), Viola Bragg (Jerome), Doris Parsons, Susan Parsons and Edward Harvey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
